a) For vessels loading or unloading cargoes in bulk (whether dry, liquid, and also
   liquid gas products), the  following  tariff  is  charged, with an  allowance of

   additional  7500  metric  tons, or fraction  thereof, up to  a  maximum of Lit.

b) For those vessels, for  which  the  Ship Agent  is  not  bound to the rules and
   provisions referred to articles 3, 4 and 5 of Law 135/77, the following tariffs
   shall be charged, with an allowance of plus/minus 5% :

   over 55000  metric tons of cargo, an increase of Lit. 127.000  is  charged  for
   additional  10000  metric  tons, or fraction  thereof, up to  a  maximum of Lit.
   6.686.000 .If vessels belonging to the same Company or to  the  same Group call
   port ( times or more within a two months period, a 15% discount of the fees set
   forth in point b) shall be applied.
